Your order is very important to us.  Please contact us Monday through Thursday by phone at 1-205-755-4744 from 8:30am to 5 pm. (CT) or Friday from 8:30am to 2:00pm (CT).

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

It's easy to return an item if you're not satisfied. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. 

When you contact us, please tell us whether the item was damaged, defective, the wrong item, or not satisfactory, your order number and the product number and/or description of the product. If the product(s) is damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us via phone at 205-755-4744 or email at contact@upmi.org prior to mailing your return (U.S. and U.S. Territories only).

 

It may not always be necessary to return a damaged or defective product. The representative will give you instructions if this is the case. Always provide your name, address and account number when referencing your order when contacting us at 205-755-4744 or email at contact@upmi.org.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

1. We are unable to accept bulk order returns of 100 or more copies.

2. Gift Items such as prison matching programs – 100 or more copies.

3. If your return is shipped after the timeframe indicated above or without proof of account, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you. 
   
   Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
    

WAREHOUSE PICKUP ITEMS:

• Warehouse pickup items are non-refundable after proof of order approval except for special circumstances.  Please contact UPMI at 205-755-4744 for warehouse pickup regulations.
